I. Creating a LED Ad

a.      File Extension: .wmv (Windows Media Player file)
b.      Dimensions: 480px (w) x 384 px (h)
c.      Resolution: 150 dpi
d.      Duration: EXACTLY 15 seconds

a.      File Extension: .jpg, .tiff, .png
b.      Dimensions: 480px (w) x 384 (h)
c.      Resolution: at least 200 dpi

-        Please refrain from using excessive transitional effects like swizels, spirals, blinds, zooms, etc. Keep it simple.
-        Make sure that the transition from slide to slide is not too slow or too fast, 3 seconds per slide at the minimum. Total of 5 slides per 15-seconder spot.

2.     COLORS
-        Do not use plain WHITE or any excessively bright background. Bright colors can affect the visibility of drivers and passers-by, especially at night.
-        Make your text highly readable by using solid colors that stand out from the background picture.

3.     FONTS
-        Use BIG, BOLD letters for your text, occupying preferably 1/4 to 1/3 of the LED screen.
-        Avoid scripts and excessively decorative fonts
-        Sans serif fonts such as Arial, Impact, and Tahoma are more readable
-        Reduce your text content to basic details of your event/ announcements:
Name of Event, Date, Time, Place,
                        Name of Speakers
                        Kind of Activity
                        Name of Ateneo Unit/Organization.
-        If your LED ad is text-heavy, make sure you distribute the text into separate frames so as not to compromise the size of the text.

-        All ads should be EXACTLY 15 seconds; not more, not less

5.     WORDS
-       Use simple and concise words --- 6 words or less is ideal per frame.
-       LED billboards are for announcements, not for direct response. Please limit your phone numbers and websites to one.

6.     VISUALS
-       Make sure your LED material is interesting, will get you noticed, and not be a distraction to commuters and pedestrians.

Foam concrete production

Foam Concrete
Cement sand or fly ash use with foaming agent will create very good strength mixture and can use for easy and fast building . Mixing with foam with Cement it will easy to fluid and can make cement block as well as ready made walls beam etc.

Can use protein base foaming agent  or Synthetic foaming agents .

Foamed concrete is also known as Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) but it is not the same as Aerated Autoclaves Concrete (AAC). It is a versatile, lightweight, building material, ideal for a wide range of applications. It can have dry densities typically from 400kg/m3 to 1600kg/m3 and compressible strengths varying from one MPa to 15 MPa. To make foamed concrete, special foam is blended into a mixture of sand, cement, fly ash and water. The quantities of these ingredients can be adjusted depending upon the application, balancing performance and cost.

There are many benefits for using foamed concrete.
  • Does not settle, hence requires no compaction
  • Lightweight, does not impose large loading
  • Free flowing, spreads to fill all voids
  • Excellent load spreading characteristics
  • Once placed requires no maintenance
  • Excellent sound and thermal insulation
  • Excellent resistance to freeze-thaw cycle
  • Does not impose lateral loads
  • Low water absorption over time
  • Excellent fire resistant properties
  • Highly cost effective
  • Non-hazardous
